MY OWN EULOGY

Arson P. Balana was a true Filipino in Philippines. I was born in the city in Jan. 10, 1993

 

and I never truly left. I lived at times in other places; I always came home to the Quezon

 

City. I said the city was truly in my blood. I ‘am Catholic and my father’s name Angelo M.

 

Balana and my mother’s name Maylyn P. Balana. I was only one son and second in three siblings.

 

I went to school at STI College and studied Business Management Major in Operational

 

Management I love acting. I love getting to the bottom of the wheeling and dealing that

 

went on behind the scenes. Most of all, I love singing. I was an idealist that believed that

 

one man could help change to improve. I loved my family more. I was also loyal, almost to a

 

fault. I could find humor in absolutely every situation. My dream is to travel the world. My

 

hobby is internet surfing and food trip. My delicious cooking is adobong kangkong that full of

 

chili like bicol express because I love any food or snack that have spicy flavor. During my two

 

decade I enjoy to bond with my family and friends in vacation, eating exotic food, doing

 

activities and so on. I love my friends especially my family because they make me laugh

 

and I know that they love me too. My relationship to my family is continuous changing

 

because their emotion is changing from good or bad mood. I ‘am happy because I had

 

complete happy family. We love each other and we care each other. They are my first and last

 

teacher of they teach the differences of right and wrong. They teach to be a good son and

 

how to pray. Pray what you want to wish in a right way, pray not only for yourself but for the

 

others and pray to open your heart to the lord Jesus Christ and to all in this world. My family

 

gives education for me and anything that I have because they love their siblings as they love

 

to their self. They give me a privilege to choose what course in college I take. I take BSBM or

 

Bachelor of Science in Business Management because it teaches you how to manage your own

 

business. Because business it helps you to develop your skills in managing time, money, work,

 

and so on. It helps you also to understand how to put up a new business and to build goodwill in

 

dealing with other people to succeed in life. I ‘am is friendly, patient, attentive, humble, and

 

careful, have integrity and have a sense of humor. Before I die I want to do something

 

good to help my family, friends, and fellow to solve their problems and I pray them always. I eat

 

a lot of food; I give any materials that I have to my family and fellow as legacy, payment and/or

 

remembrance because anything in this world I miss you cannot get or carry any materials in this

 

world in heaven but you can get or carry in your mind any experiences in heaven since you alive

 

until your in the next eternal life or the heaven. If I die now my family, friends, neighbor perhaps

 

fellowmen they attend in my funeral they cry they remember what I did before. A lot of people

 

may attend because I ‘am not bad person. Life is short we must confront our mortality from time

 

to time. We should prepare because any time we can die we cannot predict what happen in

 

future. Don’t afraid to die anything in this world can be lost because that is reality we must

 

accept all happen but the trust and love in your heart and mind cannot die. People admired most

 

to me and miss most about me is being friendly, quiet, and have sense of humor. Sometimes I do

 

not following my parent’s to do any job but sometimes if I have a good mood and I ‘am

 

energetic I do any job because I have a little bit of initiative. When I was in grade school my

 

dream is to be come scientist but now I want to become a singer, actor and businessman

 

someday. My biggest problems in my life is when I was in grade school our previous house is

 

gone because at big fire afterwards my parents join Gawad Kalinga then they build our new

 

house after 3 years we move in other place to rent a house because at the trouble and we started a

 

new beginning now. When I was a child I had lots of enemy not only my fellow child is my

 

enemy but their parent’s is my enemy as well but now we are all friends. I have bad experience

 

in school day, when I was in grade school I went to the rugged and bad teacher first day of

 

school just been held accountable to me immediately because I accuse of doing wrong even if I

 

do not have sin. She does not know the situation if who is at fault then I stand by my teacher and

 

not fed any moment until end of class thus not never be forget my unforgettable moment in my

 

life. I have many kind friends who care and help me at my assignment and group activities to

 

know how to do it. After 1 year I had again a new friends but I had again a bad teacher like

 

previously. She forced us polish sell her food even if we do not want it. If we don’t want buy her

 

merchandise our money mandatory that is the one to my unforgettable bad experience in life. A

 

child that lives with affection learns to love, a child that lives with encouragement learns

 

confident, a child that lives with praise learns to appreciate, a child that learns with knowledge

 

learns wisdom, a child that lives with patience learns tolerant and a child that lives with

 

happiness will find love and beauty. I feel I ‘am lucky and happy because my parent’s is here to

 

protect, guide, and support me at all. I thank to God to all love and kind I thanks to my family as

 

well then I pray to God that we guide all of people and keep us from harm. Life is full of

 

happiness and sorrow but don’t forget all of this is a trial that we need to face. “Nothing is

 

permanent but change” If we live in sorrow we might live in happiness in future. I will miss so

 

many things about in this world. There was no such thing as a bad day for me, just

 

challenges that had to be faced and overcome. Most of all I miss how full of life I had. God Bless us!!!

The art of war is of vital importance to the state. It is a

Matter of life and death, a road either to safety or to ruin.

Hence under no circumstances can it be neglected.

Hence it is only the enlightened ruler and the wise general

 Who will use the highest intelligence of the army for

purposes of spying , and thereby  they achieve great results.

Spies are the most important element in war, because upon

Them depends an army’s ability to move.

The Book of art of war is inspiring because we will know here about true reality and meaning of life whether we are in good or bad. This book has lots of unfamiliar word so that I use a dictionary beside me when I start reading. The Spies are the most important in the battle to know what the strategy of your opponent is and to know what the tactics you need to use is.  Sun Tzu wrote: If you know the enemy and know your-self, you need not fear the results of a hundred battles. Know the enemy their strength and weaknesses before you attack them and know your strength and weaknesses as well to defend your-self into peril and to attain your common objectives. Sun Tzu went on. “When I say ‘eyes front,’ you must look straight ahead. When I say ‘left turn,’ you must face toward your left hand. When I say ‘right turn,’ you must face toward your right hand. When I say ‘about turn,’ you must face right around toward the back.” You  need to follow the rules and regulations if not you might loss in the battle because you don’t have a tactics and you did not know what is your need to do in the battle. Each general inspect their troops to calm down and ready to attack in war. If you are willing to conquer the enemy you must know how to fail and how to succeed. All warfare is based on deception. Hence, when able to attack, we must seem unable; when using our forces, we must seem inactive; when we are near, we must make the enemy believe we are far away; when far away, we must make him believe we are near. In the battle you don’t make a fraud because the true winner is not made a deception. “The quitters never win the winners never quit.” But sometimes you need to quit not because cowardly but you have to be safe and fight with the enemy again. It is not about the number you have won it is about the tactics you create. I believe, very much, that Sun Tzu’s knowledge is vital to our survival. It can give us the protection we need to watch our children grow in peace and thrive. Always remember, in war have a lot of troubles that every people want’s to have a freedom in their country and in their lives. When your weapons are dulled, your ardor dampened, your strength exhausted, and your treasure spent, other chieftains will spring up to take advantage of your extremity. You don’t need to attack and attack because if your strength exhausted your enemy will attack you then you will not avert their attack and you will be die. Now, in order to kill the enemy, our men must be roused to anger. For them to perceive the advantage of defeating the enemy, they must also have their rewards. This is called using to conquered foe to augment one’s own strength. To fight and conquer in all your battles is not supreme excellence; supreme excellence consists in breaking the enemy’s resistance without fighting.

He will win who knows when to fight and when not to fight.

He will win who knows how to handle both superior and inferior forces.

He will win whose army is animated by the same spirit throughout all its ranks.

He will win who, prepared himself, waits to take the enemy unprepared.

He will win who has military capacity and is not interfered with by the sovereign.

Know how to conquer without being able to do it. That is the tactics how to defend and defeat the enemy. The stronger men will be in front; the jaded ones will fall behind, and on this plan only one-tenth of your army will reach its destination. An army without its baggage train is lost; without provisions it is lost; without bases of supply it is lost. Because a material is additional defense in the battle. On the open ground, do not try to block the enemy’s way but join hands with your allies. Place your army in deadly peril, and it will survive; plunge it into desperate straits and it will come through in safety. If you place your army into the deadly peril they will survive in plunge because it is a part of a trial like in the art of war that the trials that we need to face to survive and to win. Plan before you act do not attack without planning if you don’t want to die or loss success is crucial part in war. The proper way by attacking is to calculate your movements. Make a good and clean fight to succeed in a beautiful and great way. Spies is not a fraud and void but it is the very best way in planning ,organizing, and controlling to attain your common objectives is to win and to have a freedom.

In peace prepare for war, in war prepare for peace.
